Although Buckland & Taylor was awarded this honor for a variety of reasons, the most important, in my view, was that we strive to provide a healthy work/life balance for our employees. This balance keeps our employees rejuvenated, engaged and passionate about their work here designing some of the most amazing bridge and structural projects in the United States and around the world."
