STEVE HUNT,
M.Eng., P.Eng.

Steve has 26 years of experience in a wide range of infrastructure projects including bridges, roads, marine terminals and transit structures in Canada, the US and South America.

In April 2009 he became President of Buckland & Taylor Ltd.

Steve’s career began in Vancouver in 1982 where he worked at Swan Wooster Engineering and successor company Sandwell Engineering. His performance on projects in Canada and six major infrastructure projects in South America elevated him to the role of Manager of Business Development Transportation. In 1997, Steve joined AMEC plc. He directed design build and PPP Infrastructure Projects and rose to the post of Senior Vice President, Transportation and Infrastructure. From 2006 to April 2009 he was located in Phoenix, Arizona where he was responsible for 400 staff in the Infrastructure Division.
